Wondershare PDF Password Remover is, as the name clearly suggests it, a password remover for PDF files.

The utility decrypts PDF files that are protected against copying, viewing or printing, having a password assigned to them in order to block these actions.

The user interface is simple to use and the few available actions can be easily performed. Everything is simple and easy: adding files to list, removing the undesired ones or completely clearing the list, selecting the folder you need and actually starting the process of removing protection. Once the files have been processed, their name will be changed so that "NoRestriction" will bw added at their end, and you can differentiate them from the originals. The decrypting process can be done in batches of up to 200 PDF files.

The program is compatible with Windows 7/2003/XP/Vista 32bit and a version for Mac OS X 10.7 is also available.

Basically, it is a simple program meant to perform a single task: remove protection from PDF files. There are no other processing actions that can be performed, and having the options to decrypt a file and to encrypt it with the same utility, for example, can be useful. However, some prefer paying less for a piece of software like this one, that can do exactly what they need, instead of paying more for utilities with features that they are not actually interested in.
